Our background

Headquartered close to London and comprising a young team of consultants, FlowPlus has a demonstrated history of leading multi-functional teams to successfully deliver improvement projects.

We were founded by two friends from the University of Warwick studying Physics and Engineering, who believed in a smarter way of working. With experience ranging from lean manufacturing and operations management, to artificial intelligence and finance, we are able to provide a unique insight to improvement.

We focus on achieving sustainable results through optimising business processes, improving operational efficiency, and maximising productivity. We have accelerated business ambitions for clients across the globe, within a variety of industries, and believe we can do the same for your business.
