Our initial assessment uncovered a particularly large gap within the company DNA assessment. The company DNA provides a view of what makes each company unique and where internal improvements can be made.

​

Using machine learning algorithms we identified that there was an abnormally high correlation between how actively they believed the company understood and solved problems, and performance. This insight identified that there was large potential, especially with employees that had been at the company for an excess of 4+ years.

​

The introduction of daily improvement huddles, where the team would spend 10mins each day to discuss their previous day's performance, using live KPIs, saw an extremely large rise in team performance. As all staff were now actively aware and engaged in improving how they worked as a team, they uncovered improvement initiatives, shared best practices and redefined the way in which they worked.

 

The company DNA profile for culture rose from 44 points to 78, showing a vast improvement over the space of 6 months.

The total improvement initiatives over the space of 6 months equated to over £1million annual savings.
